Sigfredo Garcia, 34, was arrested in Broward County Wednesday, according to the Tallahassee Police Department. Garcia is charged with first-degree murder….
A dedicated hotline to accept tips and the help of several state and federal agencies led to Garcia’s arrest.

Details are limited right now — the Tallahassee Police Department alerted media to the arrest in a 12:11 a.m. email — but more information will be provided at a press conference at 11:30 a.m. today.
