As is customary with our caption contests, we will now reveal the backstory behind the picture. A reader posted it on Facebook with the comment, “Only in Baltimore.” Our tipster may be right — it could only be in Baltimore that a lawyer would own EZ Money Lending Co. and run it out of the same office as his firm.
