According to a press release from the Supreme Court, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg — the oldest member of the nation’s highest court — was hospitalized this morning for a coronary catheterization procedure.
Per the release, Ginsburg experienced discomfort during one of her military-style exercise routines (Her Honor can do 20 push-ups), and a coronary blockage was discovered shortly thereafter.
Was she able to pull through the operation? Of course she was! After all, she’s the Notorious R.B.G. She’s been reluctant to consider retirement, but perhaps now she’ll give it some more thought now that her health is on the decline.
