The American Chopper meme has kicked around the Internet for years, but it’s in the midst of a renaissance ever since someone decided to describe Garfield with it last month. Now it’s all over the place, allowing the Orange County Chopper guys to describe everything from the fall of the Roman Empire to supermarket self-checkout.
So we got inspired and decided to throw together a primer on the Hart-Dworkin debate that will no doubt be used to teach generations of 3Ls in legal philosophy classes wasting time and money before graduation.
