For someone who covers the legal industry, Kim Kardashian’s quest to become a real-life lawyer is just the gift that keeps on giving. Partially because the reality TV star doesn’t seem to be able to shut up about it — but as anyone who has spent Thanksgiving dinner with a 1L can attest, she’s far from alone in that respect.
In any event, Kim K has been buckling down with torts recently. She posted a pic of her notes to Instagram stories, and in very neat penmanship, she displayed the definitions of standard of care and breach of duty. But not everyone was impressed:

Whatever her study methods, they seem to have paid off. She took a break from hawking beauty products on Twitter to boast that she not only passed torts, she “aced” it.
