Junior to Senior Finance Associate to Counsel Houston & Dallas

The Houston and Dallas office of our client, a top 20 AmLaw firm, has an immediate need for multiple Finance associates / counsel with 1 – 10 years of experience for their highly regarded practice. The more senior associate or counsel candidates can be for either Houston or Dallas. Their finance practice is booming, so this is a fantastic opportunity to work with the best and brightest partners and to be involved with the highest caliber work. The ideal candidate will have borrower/lender experience in the upstream/energy arena, and have been involved in acquisitions. Also, candidates with project finance experience will be considered, particularly at the more junior end. Out of market candidates, particularly from New York top AmLaw firms are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references.
