The Miami office of our client, a top international law firm, is seeking an associate for their Real Estate Group. Candidates should have at least three years of experience and must have experience with lending, real estate joint ventures, development and/or leasing. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including mortgage loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements and leases. The ideal candidate is confident, hardworking and personable with keen attention to detail. Winning candidates should have large law firm or prestgious boutique experience, a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school, and an equally impressive undergraduate degree.
