The Houston office of our client, an acclaimed AmLaw 100 international law firm, is seeking transactional associate attorneys (preferred class years 2019-2022) for their Corporate group. Experience in M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority / majority investments in the Energy & Infrastructure sector is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and personable with keen attention to detail. Winning candidates should have large law firm or acclaimed boutique experience, a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school, and an equally impressive undergraduate degree.
