Kinney Recruiting has been retained by a leading solar energy company on a search for an in-house Counsel in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions (including long-term master purchase agreements), assist in the business' major US transactions, and work with employees in strategic business units. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a profitable and growing company's small but established legal team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have five (5) to seven (7) years of experience practicing with a large law firm's corporate group or in-house. Prior experience in renewable energy transactions, project finance, and construction contracts preferred. While California bar admission is preferred, the company will relocate a strong candidate from another market. A JD from a top-tier law school is required.
