Mid-Level Banking Associate

A leading global law firm is seeking mid-level associates with four (4) to (5) years of experience to join its top-ranked Chicago Banking practice. The top candidate will have the opportunity to advise leading financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on sophisticated, high-value financing transactions — taking on substantive deal responsibility and direct client contact far earlier than is typical at firms of comparable scale, while working alongside a deep bench of nationally recognized partners and drawing on the resources of a truly global platform.
