Mid-Level Banking Associate

A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its top-ranked Houston Banking practice. You'll represent both lenders and borrowers — money-center and regional banks, institutional lenders, and corporate borrowers — on syndicated and bilateral credit facilities and other financing transactions, taking on substantive deal responsibility and direct client contact far earlier than is typical at firms of comparable scale, while working alongside a deep bench of nationally recognized partners and drawing on the resources of a truly global platform. This firm is looking for a lawyer with strong bank lending or leveraged finance experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the judgment to run deal points independently.
