Mid-Level/Senior Private Equity Finance Associate

A top-ranked global law firm is seeking mid-level and senior associates with four (4) to eight (8) years of experience to join its Private Equity Finance practice in Boston. The winning candidate will have the opportunity to advise private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on acquisition financings, leveraged loans, and other credit facilities for some of the industry's most active sponsors. The practice offers real deal ownership, direct client contact, and exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes transactions well beyond what associates typically see at this stage.
