Kinney Recruiting is working closely with a large law firm in New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA, on a search for a private-sector traditional labor associate. The ideal candidate should have four (4) or more years of experience representing private sector employers on labor issues, including issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act, representing clients in NLRB proceedings, and advising on unionization efforts and collective bargaining agreements. The candidate may sit in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA. Admission to the bar of the state the candidate wishes to sit is required. Please note the firm has a four day in-office policy. The firm compensates associates on the Cravath scale / New York market scale. This firm is known throughout the industry as the best management-side labor relations practice whose clients include professional sports leagues, entertainment companies, and other media companies.
