Kinney Recruiting is working directly with an Am law firm to find a tax associate with 2 to 5 years of experience focusing on fund formation and asset management for its Tax Group. This candidate must have experience with private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and private equity funds, fund structuring, asset manager compensation, and related tax issues involving asset management. This position is open any of the firm's US offices in Chicago, NY, San Francisco, Charlotte, and DC.
