Male Model Claims He Was Instructed to Masturbate Nude for Photo Shoot, Sues for a Million

Male models may be stereotypically portrayed as stupid, but when they’ve allegedly been taken advantage of, they have the good sense to sue for millions.

As Derek Zoolander would say, there’s a lot more to life than being really, really, ridiculously good looking — including filing lawsuits for really, really high damages. Male models may be stereotypically portrayed as stupid, but when they’ve allegedly been taken advantage of, they have the good sense to sue for millions — especially if a defendant has deep pockets.

And that’s exactly what Benjamine Bowers, a beautiful male model, did in a recent filing. This hottie claims he was told that he needed to “relax,” and if this were a movie, he’d have strut down the runway performing jiu jitsu moves to a track by Frankie Goes to Hollywood. But because this apparently happened in real life, Bowers instead was told that he needed to show his o-face on camera….

The New York Daily News has more on this magnificent male specimen’s lawsuit:

A former Abercrombie & Fitch employee has filed a $1 million lawsuit against the retailer and a modeling agent who he claims ordered him to strip and masturbate during a photo shoot so that he could appear “relaxed.”

Benjamine Bowers said he was referred to agent Brian Hillburn by an A&F casting director when he worked for the clothing chain last year….

We haven’t been able to find a copy of the lawsuit online yet, but according to TMZ (the gold standard for reporting on lascivious lawsuits), Bowers alleges that after he — ahem — “took matters into his own hands,” Hillburn unzipped, exposed himself, and made comments about the comparative size of their penises.

We really have absolutely no idea why Bowers would think that jacking off during a photo shoot would be helpful to his career in the modeling world — especially a photo shoot that has absolutely nothing to do with pornography. Maybe male models really are that stupid.
