At her December 14, 2011 probation progress report hearing, Lindsay was finally able to please Judge Sautner with her behavior, and fashionistas with her style of dress. There was great media debate as to whether she wore a bra, but as noted in today’s Morning Docket, she did wear one — and managed to flash it.

Here’s some parting advice for Linsanity: if people think that you’re not wearing a bra, you need to buy a new one.

What will Lindsay Lohan bring for us in 2012 in terms of courtroom couture catwalks? Hopefully there will be more fabulousity and fewer fashion train wrecks, but stay tuned.
