As federal borrowing caps tighten financing options for law students, one organization is stepping in to negotiate the terms they can't secure alone.
As is customary with our caption contests, we will now reveal the backstory behind the picture. According to a representative from Bloomberg, Russell Brand is seen here watching a Bloomberg Law podcast from March 15, 2012. In that podcast, Neil Barofsky, the former Special U.S. Treasury Department Inspector General for TARP, commented on the $25B settlement between mortgage lenders and state attorneys general.
