The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in matters of general corporate counseling, corporate governance, merger and acquisition activity, securities compliance, capital formation, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Candidate should have significant supervisory and client management experience and excellent transactional drafting and negotiation skills.
