Subject: 2014 Bonuses (Revised)

In keeping with our commitment that associate compensation be at the top of the market, we have revised the 2014 bonuses for the Classes of 2008 through 2011. Please see the revised bonus amounts below. Attorneys who were with the Firm for only part of the year or worked part-time will be eligible for a pro-rated bonus.

Class of 2014: $15,000 (pro-rated)
Class of 2013: $15,000
Class of 2012: $25,000
Class of 2011: $50,000
Class of 2010: $65,000
Class of 2009: $80,000
Class of 2008: $90,000
Class of 2007: $100,000
Class of 2006 and senior: $100,000
