As is customary with our caption contests, we’ll now reveal the backstory behind the picture. There’s not really a TTT bus line for lower-ranked law schools. As many people had already guessed, this is a picture of a Metrobus that completes its daily route around Washington, D.C. Apparently the TTT designation is listed for Metrobuses that are no longer in service and are returning to the station.
