Andrew Schmuhl
I don’t really remember wearing a diaper. Honestly I could have been wearing a dress and not realized it.
— Andrew Schmuhl, the lawyer accused of breaking into a law firm managing partner’s home and slitting his throat, testifying at his criminal trial yesterday. Rather than deny committing any of the crimes of which he is accused, Schmuhl instead testified that he did not remember committing any of them. When Schmuhl was arrested, he was wearing only an adult diaper. Schmuhl’s defense team had earlier tried to establish an “involuntary intoxication” defense, but the judge did not allow it.
