— Richard Thomas, who worked for Chadbourne & Parke nearly a decade ago, in a brief interview with the Am Law Daily about his recently released e-book, which details his experiences at the firm. Thomas, who wrote the book under the pen name Webster Edgewood, changed the name of his book from “Going Postal” to “The Law Firm That Called Me The N-Word” (affiliate link), after finding out about the $100 million gender bias suit the firm is currently facing. Thomas previously filed a pro se wrongful termination and racial discrimination suit against Chadbourne and received $6,500 as a settlement. Chadbourne claimed a press release about Thomas’s book contained defamatory statements, and it has since been taken offline.
