With the holiday season upon us, there is plenty to think about — family events, client and company parties, and expressions of thanks for a successful 2017. For some of us, it’s also time to think about how to maximize our earning potential.

Temporary and contract placements are the ideal way to supplement your income and maintain flexibility in your schedule, with employers often giving you the ability to make your own schedule for the perfect work/life balance.

Never thought about temp or contract placements? We would love to talk with you about temporary placements that make sense for your career. Right now, in fact, we have a great opportunity in the Cincinnati, Ohio-area (we’re talking to you, too, Indianapolis and Lexington pros!), and Charlotte, North Carolina-area (that means you, Atlanta and Raleigh!).

If you’re in or around the Cincinnati- or Charlotte-areas, this is an awesome two-month (and maybe a bit more) opportunity to work when you want. Full-time, flex-time, and overtime are all available, putting extra money in your pocket and giving you ultimate flexibility through the holidays. We do need you to be onsite for this one, but all skill levels can be utilized — junior practitioners to senior staff are all a good fit.

In fact, we have an entire division dedicated to these types of placements — Bridgeline Solutions. With this dedicated service, you can be sure we have the right team with the right insights into these critical jobs that keep many companies running.

Our team stays on top of these types of placement opportunities and is the industry leader in temporary and contract opportunities, helping you maximize your individual potential while maintaining flexibility. We look for candidates who are passionate about their craft, and while the initial placement may be temporary, there may be ability to move to permanent placement based on performance and need.

Temporary and contract placements run the gamut from one attorney to draft a summary judgment motion, assist on a merger, or draft an office lease, to 100-plus attorneys to conduct a document review on a large-scale litigation.
