We are pleased to announce that U.S. Track class year associate salaries are being increased effective July 1, 2018 according to the following scale:
2017 – $190,000

2016 – $200,000
2015 – $220,000
2014 – $255,000
2013 – $280,000

2012 – $305,000
2011 – $325,000
2010 and above – $340,000
Also, effective July 1, summer associate salaries will increase in accordance with the 1st year salary. The salary increases will appear in the July 13 pay period.
We are also pleased to announce that, on July 31, 2018, we will be paying special summer bonuses to U.S. Track class year associates in good standing who are employed with the firm through July 31, 2018. The bonus scale for the U.S. Track associates in each class year is set forth below:
2017 – $5,000
2016 – $7,500
2015 – $10,000
2014 – $15,000
2013 – $20,000
2012 and above – $25,000
As per our usual process, individual bonus amounts will be discretionary based on performance. Relevant pro-rations will apply.
