According to data collected for the most recent Am Law 100 ranking, what Biglaw firms in the Top 25, listed by profits per partner, have not yet given associates raises or bonuses?

Hint: Associates at these firms will soon be working hard for a fraction of what their peers at other firms will be earning come July 1.
