Good news for MoFo associates! Morrison & Foerster has announced that they are getting with the program and raising associate salaries in all U.S. offices, consistent with the new market reality. Everyone pretty much always suspected that the firm would move to the $190,000 scale, after all, they wouldn’t want to show up to recruiting season behind the 8-ball.
The other bit of good news for associates is that the firm is also offering special summer bonuses, as has become the Biglaw trend. Associates in good standing who have met their hours requirement are eligible for the extra money.
