No game changers in Judge Kavanaugh's answers, but a few interesting nuggets.

Last night, Judge Brett Kavanaugh submitted his written responses to questions from members of the Senate Judiciary Committee (also known as “Questions for the Record” or “QFRs”). Here are the highlights:

Bottom line: some interesting tidbits for SCOTUS nerds & #appellatetwitter types, but nothing that should create problems for Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination. If anything, the responses helped Judge Kavanaugh by allowing him to clear up various issues.
