Law Student Takes Job As Uber Driver Due To Law School's Extreme Delay In Distributing Loan Funds

Law school continues to screw students after calling off classes for fall semester.

It has been extremely stressful and exhausting trying to do both.

— Kurt Fernandez, a displaced Arizona Summit law student who is taking online classes as a “visiting student” at Florida Coastal Law, commenting on the fact that he’s had to become an Uber driver and use credit cards to survive in the wake of the flailing law school’s delayed distribution of student loan funds. Arizona Summit President Peter Goplerud says the school “anticipate[s] distributing funds this week to the students.”
