If you recall, Gerken previously “endorsed” Kavanaugh, a Yale alumnus, prior to Christine Blasey Ford’s sexual assault allegations. After allegations that Professor Amy Chua had groomed female students for clerkships with Kavanaugh, students protested and staged a sit-in against the Kavanaugh nomination.
