Quinn Emanuel Announces Bonus Scale With Bigger Bonuses For Big Billers

That's a lot of money IF you've been billing your butt off.

Quinn Emanuel announced — and paid out — associate bonuses last week. And if you were one of the associates who billed between 2100 and 2399 hours this year, you received a bonus equal to the market rate established by Cravath last month.

But the really good news is for those who billed at least 2400 hours. Depending on what billable threshold they meet, they are eligible for bonuses in excess of the market rate. Senior associates billing over 2700 hours are seeing an additional $35,000. Not a bad thank you for a busy year.
