Above The Law Alerts For Bonuses, SCOTUS News, And Politics

Sign up to stay informed about what you care about.

Above the Law publishes 20 or more articles a day. I know that many of you (checks traffic) don’t like to read all of them. So, we have set up a couple of “alerts” so you can get an email notification when we publish something you actually feel like reading. The first one, many of you already know about. You can sign up for a “bonus alert” and make sure you never miss any of our bonus coverage. We know you want to be able to complain to your colleagues when your bonus has come in yet/flaunt your wealth to your friends. We’ve also set up a Supreme Court alert, if you are interested in our coverage of breaking Supreme Court decisions, or just want to know when somebody spies Sonia Sotomayor grabbing a slice of pizza. We are well into decision season now, so that alert might be good if you are trying to follow along with SCOTUS news. Finally, we’ve also set up a “politics” alert. I argued it should be called “What Dumb Thing Trump Is Doing Now,” but was told “politics” makes it seem less Trump-focused. So, it’s called “politics,” get it? Bill Barr turns the Department of Justice into Trump’s personal defense firm? “Politics.” Donald Trump decides that his children have gold-plated immunity to federal subpoenas? “Politics.” Trump claims the right of prima nocta over any immigrant wed to an American citizen? “Politics.” It’ll also have some actual “politics” in it; I hear there’s an election coming up or something. Anyway, sign up for any or all of these alerts. And, you know, don’t sign up for the ones you don’t want. That’ll make all of our lives easier.
