An Unexpected Biglaw Salary Match

Big moves!

Woohoo, the associate salary wars are really heating up! And in this iteration of compensation raises, we’re seeing some new players make early moves.

Mintz Levin, ranked 79th on the most recent Am Law 100 ranking with $502,100,000 in gross revenue, announced associate raises. The firm matched the compensation grid established this morning by Milbank.

The new salary scale is as follows, effective July 1:

2020/21         $200,000

2019                $210,000

2018                $230,000

2017                $270,000
