Today’s rash of announcements is testing my commitment to headline wordplay. But you haven’t bested me yet, law firm universe!

Schulte Roth & Zabel, Am Law’s number 90 this year with $444,700,000 in gross revenue, just announced salary increases and unsurprisingly, the firm is matching the Davis Polk scale.

With one significant exception…

Yes, there’s a class of 2012 in there.

Most firms are capping the new scale at $365K for “2013 and senior” with only — I believe — Gunderson bucking that trend and giving an additional bump to the ninth-years. Beyond that, salaries are individually determined.
