WINSTON & STRAWN — MEMO — 2021 ASSOCIATE BASE SALARY INCREASES
We are pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2021, the Firm will be increasing the base salaries of our U.S. associates in good standing based on the below scale.
Context Windows In Legal AI And Why Content Still Determines Quality
Legal teams ask a practical question. If large language models are so capable, why does legal AI still depend on curated content, and why does surfacing that content matter so much?
Salaries for associates on reduced hour schedules will be adjusted in accordance with their reduced hours arrangement. The salary for our current summer associate class will be increased commensurate with the new salary for the Class of 2020.
Salary increases will be reflected in the July 15th paychecks.
We are incredibly grateful for all the hard work and dedication of our associates, and these salaries adjustments are a reflection of the Firm’s continued commitment to you. Thank you for all you do for the Firm.
