Putting race and gender aside, Tiffany [Cunningham] is a fantastic lawyer and will be an excellent addition to this bench given her trial litigation experience and her commitment to the rule of law. As a Black female trial lawyer, it is nice to see another glass ceiling cracked knowing that it took nearly 40 years to do so.
