Anti-Mask Lawyer Blasts 'Face-Diapers' And 'Experimental Gene Therapy' In Zany Court Filing

It reads like a parody of anti-vaxxers and yet... it's serious.

“This case is not just about a revocation of a food permit. This case is about absolute tyranny and usurpation by a government beyond any controls and limitations.”

For the record this case is just about a revocation of a food permit, but that’s not stopping this dingbat anti-masker lawyer from filing the courtroom equivalent of a Trader Joe’s checkout tantrum. The filing is relatively short but is a genuine triumph of argument by Mad at Libs Mad Libs.

A lot of states — for shorthand we’ll call them “states with Democratic governors” — have public health mandates in place in light of the ongoing pandemic. And that’s why when you look at the worse 20 states in the United States by COVID transmission rate this week, there are only three with Democratic governors and two of those are Louisiana and Kentucky, where the governor is mostly just sitting shotgun next to overwhelmingly Republican legislatures.

New Mexico is one of those state with public health mandates and, by extension, one of the top 20 best states in terms of COVID control. Among the mandates is a provision requiring food workers to wear masks while on the job. It makes sense because, while diners eating at tables aren’t wearing masks, food preparation has been acknowledged as a uniquely dangerous point of contamination since Typhoid Mary and servers are, by necessity, interacting with tons of maskless people throughout the day, marking them as a high risk of spread. Back Street Grill in Albuquerque refused to comply with these rules, and as surely as “find out” follows the “fuck around,” they lost their food service permit.

Though the wheels of food safety turn frighteningly slowly in New Mexico, as the bar cut off health inspectors as far back as January and the decision to yank the license didn’t come until May. That would be an unacceptable delay for rat droppings, so I’m not sure why it was allowed here. Regardless, Back Street ignored that order and stayed open serving food until this month, when a judge finally ordered the shutdown.

Which brings us to this filing from attorney N. Ana Garner.

Incorporated by reference is my organizations’ entire 129 page amended complaint filed in NM federal court in December, 2020, which outlines the science and the facts of this completely insane world that so many are still blind to. Like Justice is.

But… isn’t justice being blind a good thing? The symbolic structure seems to be falling apart and we’re still in the first paragraph. By the way, the original 129-page complaint kicks off by outlining the crux of their answer to Jacobson, the case that absolutely authorizes these mandates, and it amounts to “it’s over 100 years old and we didn’t understand medicine then” as if doctors in 1905 still thought disease was the product of small trolls living in your stomach.

Either our Supreme Court justices are blind or, alternatively, by their practice of medicine in all of our courts, which is what their latest COVID-crap to come out of them is, they are complicit in this made up production.

So… again… blind is bad now? Also, I feel like the word “crap” appears rarely in professional legal filings but maybe I’ve just been blind to it.

She also misled the court to imply, without exactly saying, nothing about the constitutionality of what began this attack on a citizen exercising constitutional rights, AND DUTY to abolish or correct a government that has gone despotic. And you all act like we don’t see this (said better by Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence).

This is the fourth blindness reference and the count is 3-1 against. I’m thinking we’re going to conclude that blindness is bad. This will be the only citation to authority in this purported legal filing.

And what about the ridiculously short 5 day limit on filing an appeal for a food permit suspension due to refusing to enforce breathing restrictions, aka mask mandates?

“Breathing restrictions.” Glorious.

At that time, the restaurant was besieged by the Albuquerque Police for the City for a fine as well as to give notice of revocation of the food permit; NM Environmental Department which is supposed to protect employees from dangerous conditions like mandated mask wearing; and the Public Health Department A single branch, indeed, one person, now holds the power of all three “separate” branches of government. That is the very definition of tyranny: when one branch of government or one person holds the executive, legislative and judicial functions.

Is it tyranny or just multiple agencies going after you for different angles of the same misconduct? “After I embezzled all that money, the DOJ charged me with fraud, the SEC said I’d breached securities laws to do it, the police were seizing my assets under a federal court order, and the victims had sued me — that’s tyranny!”

And, knowing that I am like the child pointing to the naked emperor, and exclaiming “But mommy, the king has no clothes on!”

You are like a child, but not for the reasons you might think.

I will not be silenced or give nod to the absurdity that was all over this case. A restaurant refused to make its employees wear a face-diaper (because after all, you are breathing in your own shit)…

Starting to wonder if science might not be her strong suit, because I think that’s a different hole.

nor be the Nazi brownshirt enforcing any of the tyrant’s latest rules, over which she has to be cracking up, that people actually are taking her seriously. God help us.

The extermination of 6 million Jews = wearing a mask while breathing over someone else’s food. Seems legit.

Soon, people will realize they do not need a judge’s or anyone else’s permission to breathe or earn a livelihood by providing jobs and a place for people to gather. It is for us and their employees, and New Mexico that BackStreet Grill takes this stand against tyranny.

That’s what a lot of my old clients thought about earning their livelihood running Ponzi schemes, but it turns out they really did need permission to do that.

Tell me if the governor followed any part of an emergency disaster temporary legislative delegation. She seized it voraciously with a glee like an adrenochrome addict.

If you’re wondering how a drug you’ve not thought of since Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas got in here, wonder no longer: it’s QAnon’s latest crackpot obsession.

She has refused  to give it back to the legislature, even though those spineless tools tried to pass a bill to get back what they never gave her to begin with. She, and pretty much the entire world’s traitors/leaders, have lied to their citizens about the “case” number, COVID related deaths, and everything related to this scheme to make a few more billion dollars for a few billionaires. What, did everyone get free stock in Pfizer?

Even without free stock in Pfizer, I’m willing to recommend this woman consider some of their many mental health products.

That phony in Santa Fe governor’s mansion is not on the side of the people. She, and you, Judge, work for US!!

“I pay your salary!” works every single time when you’re talking to the cops.

You are our public servants, and you took an oath as I did, to uphold the Constitution of the United States and State of New Mexico. That is what we are doing. I hope you will join us on the side of God. Make your choice now. Your actions will expose you.

Amazing.

And let this be Notice of our removed right to challenge this judge, and any subsequently assigned Judge if she/he has taken the experimental gene therapy because they can’t understand the bigger issues at hand now.

She probably means “reserved” right. If only that was the biggest problem with this paragraph.
