Dear All: Good morning.
We want to again thank you for your dedication in delivering the highest quality work for our clients during another challenging year. To recognize your hard work and commitment, we will be awarding special bonuses to eligible associates. These special bonuses are in addition to the year-end bonuses that we announced on December 2.

These special bonuses will be available to eligible associates who meet our quality and minimum hours expectations. As we did for the appreciation bonuses announced earlier this year, the minimum hours expectation for these special bonuses will be 1,850 billable hours, which can include other firm-approved matters treated as billable (e.g., First-Year Integration Hours, certain types of Pro Bono matters) as well as up to 150 other Pro Bono hours and 50 Diversity & Inclusion hours.
Special bonuses will be paid at the end of December. Associates will need to be employed and in good standing, which includes entering and closing time on a timely basis, at the time bonuses are paid. Associates who joined the firm mid-year, who have a reduced billable hour expectation, or who were on leave during a portion of the year, will be eligible to receive pro-rated bonuses, provided they otherwise meet our firm’s expectations.
