Litigation Boutique Revises Its Hybrid Return-To-Office Plan Due To Omicron Variant

Personnel will only be required to go to the office one day each week.

CoronavirusWe have changed our plans. We will return to the office ONE DAY per week, beginning Wednesday, January 19, 2022. Everyone will be expected to be in the office every Wednesday thereafter.

David Sanford, chair of Sanford Heisler Sharp, in an email to all personnel, concerning the firm’s plans to delay its hybrid work arrangements, which were set to begin on January 10, 2022. The firm was one of the first to require personnel be vaccinated prior to returning to the office.
