The Management Committee is pleased to announce that we are increasing our US Associate base salaries as noted in the chart below.

| 2020 | $225,000 |
| 2019 | $250,000 |
| 2018 | $293,500 |
| 2017 | $335,000 |
| 2016 | $360,500 |
| 2015 | $381,000 |
| 2014 | $396,500 |
Salary increases are retroactive to January 1, 2022 for associates who are employed by the Firm and in good standing on March 15, 2022 and will be reflected in March 15, 2022 paychecks. Counsel compensation adjustments will be made on a case-by-case basis and communicated separately.
