Elite Firm Blows Cravath Salary Scale Out Of The Water
That's a LOT of money.
Who says bigger is better? This elite boutique law firm is proving they’re even better than Biglaw, at least when in comes to that all important compensation scale.
Litigation powerhouse Kellogg Hansen announced raises, and, as per their custom, they are way above market. It isn’t much of a surprise; the firm’s base compensation ranges were already on top of the Biglaw scale — we’re talking $30,000 – $70,000 more.
So, how much bigger can the firm’s salaries go? Check out the new compensation scale at the firm:
Year 1 – $255,000
Year 2 – $300,000
Year 3 – $350,000
Year 4 – $375,000
Year 5 – $405,000
Year 6+ – $420,000
The raises are retroactive to January 1. You can read the full memo on the next page.
