In further recognition of your outstanding contributions and our firm’s longstanding commitment to offer top compensation, we have decided to make another increase to years 2 through 6 of our associate salary scale, retroactive to January 1, 2022. The revised scale is:
Year 1 – $255,000
Year 2 – $300,000
Year 3 – $350,000
Year 4 – $375,000
Year 5 – $405,000
Year 6+ – $420,000

The salary increases should be reflected in the current pay period (pay date of March 22). True-up payments should be made next week.
