As part of our continued appreciation for the excellent client service each of you provides on a daily basis, we are pleased to announce that the firm is again raising its associate pay scale. Raises will be retroactive to January 1 and will be reflected in your next paychecks. The updated pay scale is as follows:

| Class of 2018 | $295,000 | |
| Class of 2017 | $345,000 | |
| Class of 2016 | $370,000 | |
| Class of 2015 | $400,000 | |
| Class of 2014 and senior | $415,000 |
We will communicate separately with counsel about the impact on their salaries.
