Salary Wars Still Going Strong: This Firm Is Officially Sharing The Wealth With Associates

Firms are still increasing salaries to reward their hardworking associates (and, of course, to remain attractive on the lateral market). Which firm is putting more money into associates’ pockets now?

This time around, it’s Ross Aronstam & Moritz, a Delaware litigation firm founded by lawyers from Wachtell, Weil, and Kellogg Hansen. This small, specialized firm has been paying out big-time salaries to its attorneys for quite some time — and now it’s on board with a Cravath match. Here’s what salaries for associates at Ross Aronstam now look like, retroactive to January 1:
