As 2023 approaches its close, we thank you again for your outstanding efforts and contributions this year. The results you have achieved for our clients are extraordinary and your dedication to our mission to Practice with Purpose helps us to deliver these results and to support our communities and each other. It is a privilege to work with you.
 
We are pleased to announce that we will be paying the year-end bonuses outlined below to those partnership track associates on the U.S. scale who are in good standing and have met the firm’s 1900 creditable hour expectation. As in prior years, we will increase bonuses for those who have annualized creditable hours above that expectation. For those who did not meet the creditable hour expectation this year or are otherwise not in good standing, bonuses will be reduced.

2016 $115,000
2017 $105,000
2018 $90,000
2019 $75,000
2020 $57,500
2021 $30,000
2022 $20,000
2023 $15,000 (prorated)
We will also be increasing base salaries for partnership track associates on the U.S. scale as follows. Base salary increases will take effect January 1, 2024.

2018 $390,000
2019 $365,000
2020 $310,000
2021 $260,000
2022 $235,000
2023 $225,000
 
Bonuses and 2024 base salaries for counsel and all other attorneys are determined individually and will be communicated in December.
All bonuses will be paid by direct deposit on December 22, 2023. Attorneys must be employed by the firm and in good standing on that date to be eligible for a payment. Bonuses will be prorated accordingly for attorneys on reduced schedules, unpaid leaves of absence, or who joined late in the year.
