We are pleased to announce the below Associate bonus scale for the 2022-23 measuring period. The bonuses will be paid on January 26th, 2024 to qualifying Associates working at the Firm.
We will also award discretionary bonuses to recognize Associates who have originated new clients and new matters and who have demonstrated extraordinary effort on behalf of the Firm and our clients. As a reminder, discretionary bonus and promotion decisions will be communicated during annual evaluation meetings beginning next week.

In addition, we are pleased to announce the Firm will be making adjustments to the Associate salary scale as noted below. Our goal is to always provide extraordinary value and service to our clients. It is important for the Firm to be competitive to retain and attract Associate talent. We appreciate your continued commitment to your teams, our clients and the firm.

The new salaries will apply to all U.S. Associates (A1-C2) as of January 1st. Salaries for Associates on reduced hour schedules will be adjusted in accordance with their reduced hours arrangements.
