— Dean Heather Gerken of Yale Law School, calling for an investigation of Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh. If you recall, Gerken previously “endorsed” Kavanaugh, a Yale alumnus, prior to Christine Blasey Ford’s sexual assault allegations. After allegations that Professor Amy Chua had groomed female students for clerkships with Kavanaugh, students protested and staged a sit-in against the Kavanaugh nomination.
