A newly established PRC backed growth fund is hiring a 2+PQE Mandarin native speaking M&A/funds lawyer in Hong Kong.
You need to have some exposures to PE financing, HK fund regulatory/compliance, fund formation as well as pre-IPO investment matters.
The founding partner needed a team member with a sense of ownership of the ongoing things. The fund already invested 400 mil USD in eight pre IPO projects and will get more fundings from PRC/Taiwan/Japan/Middle East/Singapore. Office in Landmark/Central HK and attractive package is on offer to the right fit.
