Mid-to-Senior Corporate M&A Associate or Counsel

Kinney Recruiting is assisting a leading global firm on a search for a mid-to-senior M&A associate for its Dallas office, joining a well-established Texas corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have four (4) to seven (7) years of experience working on strategic M&A and private equity deals at a large law firm. The winning candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a Texas deal team that includes the managing partner of the Dallas office, the firm's U.S. Head of Private Equity and Co-Head of M&A, and a partner group recognized in Chambers for sophisticated public and private M&A and private equity work across technology, manufacturing, financial services, consumer products, and energy. With about a dozen M&A associates in the Dallas office, associates are allowed to take lead roles on deals. The Dallas office is located downtown. A JD from a highly-ranked US law school and admission, or ability to promptly gain admission, to the Texas bar are required. The firm will relocate a strong candidate from out of market to Dallas.
