As is customary with our caption contests, we’ll now reveal the backstory behind the picture. Mississippi Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann created quite the Twitter storm last week when he told the world he was “proud to hunt” with Justice Antonin Scalia, Justice Elena Kagan, and Judge Charles Pickering. He quickly received responses like “Scalia looks like he just doodooed in his diaper” that prompted him to immediately delete the tweet. Luckily, Professor Josh Blackman of South Texas College of Law saved the picture to his blog before it was lost for all internet eternity.
