$70,000 minimum? Not bad!

If you’re really into finding the biggest paydays come bonus season, there’s little better than elite boutiques. Above market — way above, by the way — bonuses appear to be the calling card of a particular echelon of small but elite firms, with Susman Godfrey, Hueston Hennigan, Kaplan Hecker & Fink, Selendy & Gay, and Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz already announcing impressive bonuses.

The latest boutique law firm to get in on the big bonus bandwagon is Wigdor Law LLP. The plaintiffs-side employment firm announced bonuses ranging from $70,000 minimum to $160,000. That’s a heck of a way to say thank you to associates for all their hard work. The bonus range has also taken a notable bump up, which sources say are due to an “exceptional” year — I suppose successfully taking on Fox News has its perks!
